I - LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
 

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is connected to the purposes indicated in this document, as they are necessary for the correct provision of services. No data is communicated, disseminated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, without the prior and direct consent of the user. However, the data collected may be shared with:

  1. persons, companies or professional firms that provide the «Owner» with accounting, commercial, administrative, legal and financial assistance and consultancy;

  2. subjects who carry out technical maintenance activities;

  3. subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate Personal Data by virtue of legal provisions or orders of the authorities (for example, criminal investigations);

  4. In case of subscription to the newsletter, the sending of advertising material managed directly or indirectly by the «Owner» or by the «Manager».

With regard to this website, the "Manager" has the responsibility of responding directly or indirectly to any question regarding the processing of personal data, whether in electronic, paper or other format. In the general information it is possible to find all the contacts relating to the company that owns the site and information relating to the manager designated by it.

 

 

II - TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes:

  1. internet protocol (IP) address;

  2. the physical location of origin;

  3. type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the site;

  4. name of the internet service provider (ISP);

  5. visit date and time;

  6. web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;

The IP address, used for user profiling, allows to trace, anonymously, the origin of the user and other generic information, such as the language of the browser (the browser is the application used to browse the internet. Eg. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc ...). Being a non-constant value for all users, it can be accompanied by the use of cookies to identify the same.

The aforementioned information is collected in an automated way and stored in aggregate form, in order to verify the correct functioning of the site and for usage statistics. This information will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the «Data Controller».  The data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.).

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to facilitate spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (otherwise called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.

The user who uploads images to the website should avoid attaching embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Messages sent by contact forms on the site are processed by the "Owner" but can also be viewed by the "Manager" and the "Manager". The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the "Owner", private messages sent by users to institutional profiles / pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the compilation and forwarding of forms present on the site, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in communications.

Regarding the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the Social Media platforms used by the "Owner", please refer to the information provided by them through their respective privacy policies. The "Owner" processes the personal data provided by users through the pages of the Social Media platforms dedicated to the "Owner", within the scope of its purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc. ) and in compliance with current legislation.

 

III - SEAT OF DATA PROCESSING
 

The place designated for data processing is the one indicated for the «Owner». In case of need, the recovered data can be processed by the «Owner», the «Manager» or the «Manager», at the relative offices. In some cases, the Personal Data collected will be provided to third parties for purposes consistent with the purpose for which they were collected.

The management and storage of Personal Data will take place in data centers located within the European Union, of third-party companies duly designated as "sub-processors". The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the "Owner", if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to non-EU countries. In this case, the «Data Controller» ensures from now on that the data will be transferred in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection.

 

IV - DURATION AND STORAGE OF THE PROCESSED DATA
 

This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. The processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

The navigation data, collected in aggregate form, persist as long as the "Owner" or "Manager" deems it appropriate and useful to keep them. In any case, these data are collected in an anonymous and aggregate form, therefore not attributable to the activity of each individual user. For security purposes, the processed data will be protected and stored in safe environments. In the case of digital storage, the network and the individual computers will be equipped with different protection systems (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection, etc.) while for the data collected in paper form in special closed containers with an adequate protection system ( key, combination, padlock, etc ...), in order to block attempts to damage, theft or activities that are harmful or constituting a crime. These data are never used for the identification or profiling of the user, except by express request, but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users, such information will be treated on the basis of the legitimate interests of the «Owner».
 

If the site allows the insertion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility of sending the Curriculum Vitae for a possible working relationship, the site automatically detects and records some identification data of the user, including the email address. These data are voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the request to provide the service. by inserting a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular agrees that the contents inserted are freely disseminated to third parties. V - USER RIGHTS

- the right to obtain the attestation that the updating, rectification, data integration, cancellation, data blocking, transformation operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or widespread, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter c) of Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Requests can be addressed to the "Manager" in the manner indicated, or, alternatively, using the model provided by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
